You can withdraw money on your account at any time, provided that available margin is sufficient for withdrawal. To do so, you should fill in the Withdrawal Form in the client's cabinet, print it out, sign it and send it by fax at +41 43 268-40-33 or by e-mail to service@fibogroup.com. Payment will be posted within 3 business days from the request receipt date. Requests in electronic form are only accepted; no other requests will be reviewed. Please note that the form is completed in English.

ATTENTION! When filling in bank details please indicate all of them, including SWIFT, account number and beneficiary’s name.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT FOR THE SECURITY MEASURES THE CLIENTS THAT REPLENISH THEIR TRADING ACCOUNTS BY CREDIT CARD CAN WITHDRAW ONLY TO THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS.
